These messages go out during business hours via calls, texts, and emails. We built in a ten-minute delay to avoid social media warning flags. These go out to dealers, sales staff, and some direct customers. Real-time transfer of calls and texts can make calls to the staff or agent’s cell phone or direct line. Emails can have several links based on your interest. We synchronized this test to see how well it would work. We won’t have a good sample until reports are completed in several weeks.
The cost is minimal. Your customers pay $611.00. We can handle the billing. You make two cents per message and three dollars monthly for the service. That would be about forty per month.
